Although we collect personal data, this data is not always directly traceable to a data subject. For example, we will not be able to tell you which IP addresses are associated with you directly without additional information, such as an exact timestamp of your site visit. In order to fulfill your request correctly, it is your responsibility to inform us exactly which data you would like to see, correct, transfer or delete in order for the request to be completed correctly.

Before we can act upon such a request, further authentication also needs to take place to ensure we are being authorized to do so by the correct party. We do this by requesting you to share with us a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN).
